At MIKUTA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Ship the Items

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
